Store inventory started 12:00 am, Thur, 02 Feb. Wind down Friday. Best dollar difference compared to previous years.
Three Parties in One
It was a birthday, despedida and reception party rolled into one Saturday, 04 Feb:
Despedida kid Rex going home on Friday, 2/10 after nine months in MN. He's not going to miss winter. Behind him is the Birthday boy.
Birthday boy Arnold. An old timer and mainstay in MN. Been here since 1998. He was involved in the local theaters doing plays and was seriously thinking of making a career of it in NY. Had a change of mind. Man has to earn his keep, so back to being techie.
New kids on the block foreground. They came in Wednesday 1/31 and Friday 2/3. Another 6 to 8 months. 
"Picture" was the word, just shout it and everybody will be crowding in front of the camera. It's time to capture that special moment.
It's sing-a-long time.
Looking at these kids you'd think that all they do is partay. But don't let them fool you...they know their onions. Come Mon to Fri they transform into nerds doing programs for their clients and there are weekends that they are on call. There's a time for everything (Ecclesiastes)...and this time they just want to let their hair down (oops, except for the birthday boy) and enjoy each others company. Welcome the new and say goodbye to the old.
