Week Past 02/13-02/19
Weather
Again weather is the issue this past week. Temps dropped to single digit and periods of below zero with wind chill of -15 to -20. I've forgotten how bitingly cold Minnesota winter could get. With those temps skin exposure should be minimal as possible. I went out to get something at the garage for a minute or two and immediately my hands were painfully freezing, duh.
Valentine
Tuesday was Valentine's day and flowers were going out of our store like crazy. The three floral girls were up to their necks catching up with orders. They were just so happy when the day ended. They were all smiles commenting "We survived!" as they walked out of the store at closing.
My wife and I went out following evening for dinner after meeting with our realtor. Dining places were still packed. I guess one day of Valentine is not enough to accomodate all the lovers in the world. Just a thought, will birth rate spike by November?
