Week Past 06/04-06/10/07
The day has finally arrived, Fri, 06/08, I picked up my parents at the airport around 5:30 pm. Took them home to drop off their bags and pick up W for dinner. Took them to King's Buffet for a Chinese buffet ... burp. Looking at them at their age (late 70s early 80s) I thank God that they are still lucid and can walk without any assistance although Mom has knee problem that slows her down.
W and her staff had their outing Sat, 06/09. The venue was same as last year's. This time I didn't go but took my parents instead to shop for their needs. The temps this week are high and a bit humid. It's good for my parents since they can't stand the cold temps. Summer is really here.
Our desktop computer just conked out last week. Ryan one of W's staff tried to recover the system to no avail. I'm grateful for his efforts and time spent trying to revive it. I need to buy another internal hard drive so we can access the existing one and recover our files. I also called my brother Jo for advise on the hard drive. Right now I'm doing this blog entry on W's laptop.
W's also been busy in the garden doing some plantings/landscaping of her own. So she did one corner plot as shown in the pic with a birdbath. It's still in progress.
